How can customers see the status of companies?
Where can they upload the documentation that they must share with their suppliers?
Quioo has a specific module for this purpose (Coordination Module). This module makes it possible to share information on existing risks in the facilities, guidelines for action in the event of an emergency, etc. In addition, Quioo can be configured to leave a record of this delivery (documents that must be read).
Can we integrate quioo into your access control systems?
Yes, Quioo has the necessary APIs for this.
How long does it take to activate the service once they accept?
We have a maximum of 15 days from the time our team receives the necessary information for the parameterisation of Quioo.
How long does it take to check documentation?
We have different documentation review deadlines depending on the needs of our clients. We usually review documentation within a maximum of 48 hours (2 working days) from the time the contractors provide us with the documentation, but it can also be 36, 24, 12 hours, or even urgent reviews can be requested (review within a maximum of 3 hours).
What languages do we have in quioo both on the platform and in the service?
This is usually when they have companies outside Spain. Quioo is available in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Basque and Catalan.
What does our reverse drop service consist of?
It consists of our team feeding third-party platforms for access management of our clients' employees.
