What information do we process?

In general, you may use the Website without providing any personal information.

We have several sections on our website in which there are forms for collecting personal data that are necessary to provide the services you request.

When you send us any of these forms requesting information, you guarantee the authenticity, accuracy and truthfulness of all the information you provide us with, undertaking to keep the information you provide us with up to date so that it corresponds, at all times, to your real situation. The User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements and for any damages that such statements may cause.

The categories of personal data that we process are listed below:

Information and quotation request forms: Identification and contact details (name and surname, telephone, e-mail, NIF).

Comments on the blog: Identification and contact details (name and surname, e-mail).

The data that we request from you through the aforementioned forms are of an identifying nature and are the minimum necessary to be able to provide you with the services you request from us. The obligatory data are specified on the form itself, and your refusal to provide them will mean that we will not be able to deal with your request.

In addition, there are other data collection forms on the website that are aimed at other groups such as customers, employees of customers or candidates. In each of them you can find specific information on the processing of data provided through these forms.

The personal data obtained have been provided directly by you through the different forms available on the website.

For what purposes do we process your personal data?

Personal data may be processed by Quirónprevención for the following purposes:

Request for information and quotation: The personal data provided through these forms will be processed for the sole purpose of dealing with your request for information, doubts and queries or to provide you with a quote.
Newsletter subscription: The data provided is used to manage the subscription list, control and send newsletters by electronic means and inform subscribers of Quirónprevención's activities and services.
Blog comments: in this case, your data will be processed for the purpose of registering the user and managing the comments he/she may make on the blog.
Sending of commercial communications by any means in the event of additional consent: if you explicitly consent, your data may be used by Quirónprevención for the purpose of informing you by any means for promotional and advertising purposes about services, products or events related to the occupational risk prevention and health sector. (under no circumstances will your data be used to send you advertising content unrelated to Quirónprevención).

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your personal data?

The legal basis that legitimises the processing of your personal data in all the cases described in the previous point is the informed, express, free and unequivocal consent that you provide us with when you tick the box «I accept the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy» or the box «I accept the sending of commercial communications», and the subsequent sending of the form where you verify your consent.

The data we request from you are adequate, relevant and strictly necessary and you are under no obligation to provide them.

How long will we keep your personal data?

The personal data that you provide us with in order to request information and/or a quote will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the correct provision of the service offered, as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from the same and any other legal requirement.

The data processed for sending newsletters to which you have subscribed or to post comments on the blog, will be retained until the user does not revoke their consent, unsubscribe from the newsletter and / or exercise their rights of opposition and / or deletion.

The data processed for the sending of commercial communications will be kept until the interested party revokes consent and/or exercises their rights of opposition and/or deletion.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

Quirónprevención will not pass on the data provided by you to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so or with your express consent.

Quirónprevención may provide personal data to service providers necessary for the provision of the service. You may exercise your personal data protection rights by sending a written communication to the registered office of Quirón Prevención, S.L.U., at C/ Agustín de Betancourt 25, 28003 MADRID, indicating the reference «DATA PROTECTION» or to the e-mail address provided for this purpose, protecciondedatos@quironprevencion.com, including in both cases a photocopy of your ID card or other equivalent identification document and indicating your name and surname, the request in which the request is made, address for the purpose of notifications, date and signature. You may also exercise your rights through legal representation, in which case, in addition to the ID card of the interested party or equivalent, you must provide your ID card and authentic proof of representation of the third party.

Upon request, we will provide you with the forms on which you can exercise these rights, indicating which right you wish to exercise.

Can I withdraw consent?

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

Where can I complain if I feel that my data is not being handled correctly?
