From 24 to 26 September, we were present at the 5th International Congress Prevent 2025, one of the most important meetings of the occupational health and safety sector in Spain. The event, held at the Palacio de Hielo in Madrid, brought together professionals, technical teams, prevention managers and companies committed to moving towards safer, more connected and efficient working models. For us, it has been an exceptional opportunity to show how digitalisation can transform the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE) and facilitate processes that have traditionally been complex and bureaucratic.
A congress geared towards the prevention of the future
For three days, the congress became a space for open dialogue on the main challenges of prevention: new ways of working, digitisation, automation of processes and the need to reduce the burden The event was organised to free up time and resources to allow technicians to focus on what is really important: the safety and well-being of people. The organisation of the event, with more than fifty presentations and specialised round tables, made it possible to share ideas, real cases and tools that are shaping the direction of the sector. Our presence in this environment reinforces the objective of listening, learning and providing solutions that respond to today's challenges.
At our stand we were able to show how our platform works and answer questions from professionals. who came to learn about tools that simplify document management, reduce errors and automate repetitive tasks. Direct interaction with technicians and prevention officers allowed us to understand their needs and receive valuable feedback. to continue to improve our services.
Participation in the round table CAE with meaning
One of the highlights of the congress was our participation in the panel discussion “CAE makes sense: less bureaucracy, more prevention”.”, in which we took part together with other experts in the sector. Our Director of Operations, Ana I. López, shared reflections on how an excessively bureaucratic CAE hinders progress towards effective prevention and how technology can become a real support tool, not an additional burden.
The session addressed issues such as the need for intuitive processes, the importance of automation to avoid errors and the opportunity presented by digital transformation to improve the quality of the information available in projects. The round table aroused great interest among the attendees and highlighted the urgent need for more flexible, faster and preventive action-oriented management models.
A very positive balance sheet for the Quioo team
Participation in the Prevencionar 2025 Congress left us with a very enriching balance. We had the opportunity to establish contact with professionals from multiple sectors, share experiences and debate about the future of prevention. We also reaffirmed the need to continue promoting solutions that reduce the complexity of documentation and allow companies to focus their efforts on the real protection of people.
In addition, the prior preparation and communicative coherence of the project has helped us to maintain a clear and consistent message in all formats., This is particularly relevant in this type of event. This type of structured work reinforces our ability to convey precisely what we bring to the table and why the digitisation of the CAE is a fundamental axis for progress.
We will continue working so that tools such as Quioo contribute to a more humane, efficient and connected prevention. The Prevencionar Congress has been a key meeting point and a motivation to continue developing solutions that generate a positive impact on both companies and technicians who work every day for occupational safety.
